Introducing The Gin Dogs
Welcome! We are the Gin Dogs. Founded in Boston's South Shore, we play throughout Greater Boston. Our music is a mix of classic rock, southern rock and a little country. We enjoy local fans who travel from near and far to come see us. We'd love have you join us, too.
Founding members songwriter Patrick King and harmonica player Mark Wheeler formed the Gin Dogs in early 2000. Although some band members have changed over the years, Patrick and Mark have weathered the storm and have assembled a truly unique cast of characters.
The selection of cover songs we perform are a perfect match with our many original songs, which are sprinkled throughout every set we perform. Our recently released CD, "Songs for Betsy" is a compilation of thirteen of our original songs.
